Neil Smith is a professional engineer with 30+ years of diverse technical, financial and international capital markets experience. He received an MBA from the Haskayne School and was on the Dean’s list. He is the former COO of Crescent Point Energy Corp., growing company from 7,000 boe/d to 180,000 boe/d. He integrated and successfully developed over $14 Billion of acquired assets. Mr. Smith helped guide Crescent Point through the global financial crisis and a prolonged challenged commodity price environment, returning nearly $32.00/share to shareholders in the form of dividends, resulting in a total return of >250% during the period. Mr. Smith is a member of the Metis Nation of Alberta.

Mr. Moffat is an oil & gas executive with over 40 years of industry experience with a track record of building shareholder value through organic growth. He is currently the President of Rothesay Resources Ltd., a private company with investments in western Canada. Mr. Moffat was instrumental in the creation, management and stewardship of several oil and gas companies, including director of Sea Dragon Energy Inc. from 2012 until the company was merged in 2015; President and a director of Steen River Oil & Gas Ltd. from 2010 until the company was sold in Dec. 2011; President, CEO and a director of Bow Valley Energy Inc., a public company with operations in western Canada, the U.K. North Sea and the North Slope of Alaska, USA, from 2021 until the company was sold in 2009; President and Director of Courage Energy Inc. a public company with operations in western Canada, United Kingdom, France and Denmark from 1990 until the company was sold in 2001. Mr. Moffat holds a BSc, Honours Geology from Queen’s University (1977). Mr. Moffat is also a director of the Seaman Hotchkiss Hockey Foundation.

Robert Iverach earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Alberta and a Masters of Law from the London School of Economics. Bob was a Founding Partner of Felesky Flynn LLP, a taxation law firm in Calgary and Edmonton, Alberta from which he retired in 2005 after 28 years. Mr. Iverach has been the Chairman of the Board of PetroFrontier Corp., a Director of Chinook Energy Inc. a Director of Veresen Inc. and is Counsel with DS Lawyers Canada LLP (an international law firm). He holds the designation of ICD.D from the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and has been an examiner for its Directors Education Program
